  I have been going to this dry cleanser for 2-3 years, I was happy with everything until my sweater got ruined. I took my sweater for dry clean last summer and brought it back from the cleanser with many other sweaters (folded and packed in two bags by their staff). I put the two bags of sweaters into a luggage bag for storage over the summer. But when I took the sweater out this winter, I saw large areas of stain on my sweater. So I brought it back to them and asked if they can clean it. After several trials, they told me they cannot clean it but refused to take the responsibility. And eventually the lady kicked me out saying she had no time for me and she needed to take care of other customers. And BTW, I found a hole on my sweater on top of the existing stains.
